International duties and taxes

Wild Animals uses market-specific pricing for international orders.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price charged by Wild Animals where the order is shipped DDP.

You should therefore not be asked by the carrier to pay additional import duties or taxes when your order is delivered.

If you are unexpectedly asked to pay an import duty or tax on a DDP order, please contact us at shop@wild-animals.nl before making payment where reasonably possible.

This does not apply to charges resulting from information supplied incorrectly by the customer or to charges unrelated to the import of the original Wild Animals order.
