Vat discount

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 9% or 21%
VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.

Import taxes and duties
Orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after payment of your order.

Shipping confirmation

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Delivery time

All orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. 

Depending on the selected courier service, the delivery time will be as follows:

The Netherlands
UPS Standard: 1-2 business days (from shipping confirmation).

European Union
2-4 business days (from shipping confirmation).
1 business day (from shipping confirmation).

Rest of world 
2-3 business days (from shipping confirmation).

International Shipping

All orders outside the European Union are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

For orders over €500, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Taxes and import duties are included for all orders outside the European Union, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Uncollected Packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Wild Animals store.
