Vat discount

Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 9% or 21%
VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details.

Import taxes and duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or fees.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after payment of your order.

Shipping confirmation

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Delivery time

All orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. 

Depending on the selected UPS service, the delivery time will be as follows:

The Netherlands
UPS Standard: 1-2 business days (from shipping confirmation).
UPS Express Saver: 1 business day (from shipping confirmation).

European Union
UPS Standard, 2-4 business days (from shipping confirmation).
UPS Express Saver, 1 business day (from shipping confirmation).

Rest of world 
UPS Express Saver, 2-3 business days (from shipping confirmation).

International Shipping

All orders will ship via UPS. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the UPS tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.ups.com.

For orders above €500 the UPS courier requires your signature when delivering the goods.

If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the Wild Animals store. 

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

Uncollected Packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Wild Animals store.


Returning your order

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. 
You must return the Wild Animals products to the Wild Animals online store's return address in perfect and unused condition with the original packaging.

Costs for return
Wild Animals store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 10 working days at the latest, after Wild Animals store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card, Paypal- or bank account used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Wild Animals store.
Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, Wild Animals store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. 

In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a refund.
