E-Commerce Intern (Onsite)

The Role
As our E-Commerce Intern, you’ll help manage and improve our online store, assist in launching new collections, and learn the ins and outs of running a modern D2C brand on Shopify. You’ll work closely with our digital team across product setup, online merchandising, and performance optimisation.


What You’ll Do

Help manage and update our Shopify store: new products, collections, and content.

  • Assist with product photography uploads, descriptions, tagging, and inventory checks.
  • Support campaign launches, from homepage updates to email coordination.
    Help analyse store performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV) and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate on marketing content, ensuring visuals and copy are consistent across channels.
  • Test user journeys to ensure a smooth, error-free customer experience.
  • Learn how to use tools like Shopify, Seguno and Meta Ads Manager (we’ll teach you).

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organised: you spot typos, broken links, and things out of place.
  • Curious about e-commerce, fashion, and online business.
  • Comfortable learning new tools and working in Shopify.
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.

Operations / Customer Support Intern (Onsite)

The Role
As our Operations & Customer Support Intern, you’ll help with logistics, order fulfilment, admin, and customer communication. Making sure every order and interaction runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our team to keep things organised, efficient, and customer-friendly.

What You’ll Do
•⁠ ⁠Support daily order fulfilment and deliveries, ensuring customers receive their items quickly and correctly.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with couriers and warehouse partners to track shipments and solve delivery issues.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with inventory management: stock checks, restocking alerts, and updating product availability.
•⁠ ⁠Handle customer service requests via email or chat — helping customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries.
•⁠ ⁠Help with admin tasks like updating spreadsheets, invoices, and supplier communication.
•⁠ ⁠Assist the team with office organisation and operational projects as needed.
•⁠ ⁠Learn how logistics, operations, and support come together to create a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
•⁠ ⁠Strong written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus).
•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented and organised: you notice small errors before anyone else.
•⁠ ⁠Positive, proactive attitude: you like solving problems and getting things done.
•⁠ ⁠Reliable and communicative: a good team player who keeps others updated.
•⁠ ⁠Curious about how e-commerce and logistics work, and excited to contribute to a developing brand.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using digital tools (Google Sheets, Shopify, or similar).
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required.
